    • Fully grown Giant panda bears reach the height of 5-6 feet and weigh between 276lb
    • Fully grown Red panda bears reach the height of 20 - 25 inches and weigh between 7 - 13 lb
  • Fact 3 - The name 'panda' which links the two animals refers to what they eat and is derived from the Nepalese word "nigalya ponya" which means "eater of bamboo."
